第一次做椰香饼干

用料:
面粉130克. 椰子粉40克, 奶粉14克,草莓练奶10克,鸡蛋1个,玉米油35克,糖30克,泡打粉一小勺.
椰子粉是从海南带回来的,孩子断奶了,不爱喝奶粉了.

制作方法:1.鸡蛋加糖用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀,
2.加入玉米油搅拌均匀.
3.筛入面粉 椰子粉 奶粉 草莓炼乳 泡打粉搅拌均匀.
4.揉成面团.
5.用擀面杖 擀成2cm左右的薄片.
6.用模具造型.
7.烤箱预热170度,上下层,烤7-8分钟.
8.等饼干放凉了再品尝,味道更美味.
